Women Fitness - Outdoor Training KICK OFF


Outdoor training for women will commence on Wednesday, September 4th!




Join us for a unique 60-minute training session tailored for women, encompassing fitness, bodyweight exercises, athletics, calisthenics, gymnastics, stretching, barre fitness, pilates, and science. Each session will be distinct, ensuring an enjoyable experience!


When?

Wednesdays at 18:00

and

Saturdays at 10:00


Where?

Meet us at the Fountaine in Parc du Cinquantenaire.



Be sure to wear appropriate outdoor sports attire and shoes, and bring a water bottle, and a mat.
