Quote:
Fall seven times, stand up eight.
- Japanese proverb
eight (number), quote:
equivalent to the product of two and four; one more than seven, or two less than ten; 8
Eight is my number. It is not my "life" number according to numerology, and honestly, I don't care about it really. I respect it, nevertheless besides what says numerology, according to me, my inner feelings, my life path, experience, and foremost my heart, my number is EIGHT. I love this number. To me, it is the most beautiful number. I like its versatility and its curves. I like it stays the same when you flip it from right to left, or upside down. And I like it when you change its position from vertical to horizontal it becomes the number of infinity, also known as the lemniscate, and as a symbol of Ouroboros. Symbol of continuous renewal, resurrection, the cycle of life and death, and harmony of opposites. Simply said, it is an amazing number.
Coincidence or not, eight is also a number of limbs path in yoga according to Patanjali and the Yoga Sutras.
