7 basic affirmations to feel good


We know that the thoughts we think, the words we say to ourselves, ultimately becomes our reality.

We know that the thoughts are seeds for our feelings, and so in order to feel good, we can train our mind in repeating positive statements to ourselves instead the negative ones.

I like to make the connection to training body and the workout. We know if we want to train our bodies, gain the strength, flexibility, stamina we need to do certain exercises for particular goals and repeat them for certain amount of time, be disciplined and costistent to achieve our goals and to see the changes.

The same applies to our mind and thoughts and ultimately training ourself to feel better. To claim our power and make conscious decisions to feel good.

As in the physical workout, it requires comintment, discipline, consistency and repetitions, repetitions and repetitions.

And here are 7 basic affirmations to start with:


I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am powerful.

I am beautiful.

I am deserving.

I am safe.

I am lovable.
