With new goals, new plans, new days, new weeks, new challenges come, and whatever challenge we face we may feel uncertain. From daily tasks to lifestyle changes, and so on. From small challenges to those big ones.
Sometimes we feel like that is too much and we can't do it, and the only thing we need is a little cheer up. "You can do it!". And we may be cheered up on by our uplifting loved ones and friends, colleagues, our personal trainer, or coach. Yet ultimately it is we who decide if we can do it or no. So we check what we say to ourselves and decide to go the winner journey, because we want to feel good and we want to be the winners, and to do it, and get better and feel better, and get stronger, and feel stronger, healthier, happier, wholer, calmer, more peaceful, and accomplished. Our uplifting loved ones already see us like winners. So why we shouldn't see ourselves like that too? I can see myself like that, can you? If you're reading this article I'm guessing you want that too. So we want to be the winners, that is big YES. And so we start by changing our self talk to self-empowerement and we wake up in the morning and we say to ourselves:
I am determined.
I am motivated.
I am a warrior.
I am courageous.
I am fierce.
I am a winner.
I am strong.
I CAN DO IT!
And then we repeat it throughout the day and throughout whatever challenge we face untill we make the work done! And then we pay back by uplifting others and make our world the better place, for you, your loved ones, for me, for all of us. Every small shift to positivity counts.
Let's repeat!
Anna
