Barre Fitness is a unique workout that combines ballet, fitness, pilates, stretching, and aerobics. Barre Fitness Level 1 is a total body workout that emphasizes precision and small movements, incorporating ballet-inspired, Pilates, and group class on music basics. This low-impact exercise routine is designed to tone and strengthen your muscles while improving your balance and flexibility.

Barre Fitness Level 2 is an intermediate whole-body ballet-based workout that utilizes tools and precision to offer a bigger range of exercises and variety. With low-impact movements and energizing music, it's the perfect way to challenge yourself and take your fitness to the next level.

Stretch & Tone is a workout that takes inspiration from dance movements and combines stretching and toning exercises to help you achieve long, lean muscles. With calming and an emphasis on mobility, it's an ideal choice for anyone seeking to enhance their flexibility and overall fitness.

Ballerobica is a dynamic and low-impact workout that combines ballet, aerobics, and dance-inspired movements to music. With a variety of cardio, endurance, and strengthening exercises, sometimes kickboxing-inspired, Ballerobica is a fun and effective way to stay fit.
