A short presentation and curriculum.

Hello, nice to meet you...

Welcome! My name is Anna Vondrouskova, and this is my Universe.

A place of inspiration, and motivation to tune into a happier body, mind, and spirit. 

I am a Barre Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics Teacher, and a GGS Women's Coaching Specialist.

I started my professional journey in fitness in 2008, as a fitness teacher and personal trainer, in the Czech Republic, in Brno, and later in Prague. During my professional career, I have enriched my experience abroad in Italy and established myself in Brussels, Belgium. I have become part of the Aspria Club's family and proudly helped young athletes pursue their dreams at Evolution Academy. 

Today I am creating my content/Universe based on my experiences, and interests /passions (yoga, barre fitness, women's fitness, dance, wellbeing, spirituality, affirmations, reading books, motivation, personal growth, and sometimes baking cookies).

Sports has been and is the biggest part of my life and my sanctuary since ever. From aerobics, gymnastics, dance, and athletics to women's fitness, pilates, yoga, and barre fitness today. It is constantly re-inventing. The element of sport doesn't change, what changes is an approach. First of all, women have different needs than men. Then we have different needs and interests during puberty, productive years, every decade of our lives, perimenopause, menopause, and after menopause. Our bodies go through constant change, which impacts every aspect of our lives, on a daily basis. Sport helps, and it helps a lot to improve the quality of our lives, physically, mentally, and emotionally. On top of that, we are all individual unique beings. And not everything fits everyone. From my personal experience, I know the uphill and also the downfall of sports. The task is to find a balance, and that is as individual and unique as every single person on the planet.

I am finding my balance with a combination of barre fitness, women's fitness, yoga, and dance. Those fulfill individual needs to train my body and make me feel good.  I also know how important is motivation.  During the downfalls I experienced in sports and in life, I discovered the power of affirmations, and I embarked on a study of a holistic way of living, how to heal my body by changing my mindset up, and accepting and learning to be my true self.  

 

The same applies to working with my individual clients and creating a group class, respecting the clients' individual and group-specific needs, in a holistic and science-based approach, while having fun.

Having fun is maybe the most important element. Because when having fun, we increase our vibration and attract better what we want and desire.

Ultimately and above all I believe we are part of something bigger. Call it God, the Universe, the Source of Energy, or else. God is my Lord, and Jesus is my savior. I have been on my spiritual path for almost half of my life now. I was raised and baptized as an orthodox Christian. I studied yoga and found the benefits of meditation. I study A Course In Miracles, a transcendent spiritual text. I learn the power of prayers and the universal/cosmic laws. I read the Bible. I believe we are part of one, and our purpose on Earth is to be happy and thrive. We create our reality, it's a universal law ❤

BARRE WORKOUT (STRENGTH & CONFIDENCE)

I danced with great passion since I could walk. I wanted to become a ballerina. Later on, I attended every aerobic, gymnastic, athletic, and dance class available. I absolutely fell in love with aerobic classes, and I have admired all those always smiling fit good looking joy-giving high performing legs high kicking jumping push-ups pumping in the rhythm of the music with great stamina teachers whom I considered walking Goddesses in their wonderful colorful leotards. I wanted to be one of them. 

Today I am one, and guess what? Somebody came up with the idea to create a fitness class inspired by ballet, and I found it out. Everything I love meeting in one fitness class, ballet, and its wonderful graceful movement, total body workout, muscle strengthening, and music. Just dream come true. Building a strong flexible graceful body with lean muscles and attitude, while doing what you love?

CARDIO DANCE (STAMINA & JOY)

Looking for the best cardio for stamina and shaking the unnecessary fat off and bad mood? Dance, dance, dance! There's no better than dance. Jumping, grooving, moving, twisting, like no one is watching in the rhythm of my favorite songs, popping the chest up, twerking crazy the booty, is the best mood booster. The effect is immediate. 

Cardio dance class is just the dance party on demand! Anytime, anywhere!

YOGA (FLEXIBILITY & ALIGNMENT & ONENESS & PEACE)

Yoga to me is a means to enhance one's life. It certainly enhances my life. Yoga belongs to my spiritual practice and it is my perfect complementary practice to my barre (muscles strengthening) and dance workouts (stamina and cardio). Yoga stretches and strengthens my body in very different ways. It keeps me flexible and grounded. Through connecting to my breath, all coming from inside. Yoga means unity. The purpose of yoga is to align, physically, intellectually, spiritually, and emotionally. During my studies, I have learned that Yoga asanas are just one of the eight main parts of the yoga philosophy, and it is my humble desire to teach about other parts of yoga philosophy and inspire others.

I am a practitioner and teacher of HATHA YOGA, VINYASA FLOW, ASHTANGA YOGA, MEDITATION, PRANAYAMA, and YOGA NIDRA.
